Interlibrary Loan

You can use Interlibrary Loan to order books and articles in periodicals that are not available in a library in Stuttgart:

Catalogue Plus 

• You must have a library card issued by the Württemberg State Library in order for your request to be processed.
• Once your order has been submitted, a fee of €1.50 will be charged to your account. This fee is still charged, even if it is not possible to provide the works requested. The use for commercial purposes is forbidden.

The terms of the “Ordnung des Leihverkehrs in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland” ("Regulations on Interlibrary Loan in the Federal Republic of Germany" - LVO) and the agreements on International Interlibrary Loan form the basis for nationwide interlibrary loan.
