External access to e-books

• Numerous e-books are also enabled for external access by registered users (but not institutions) via the Datenbank-Infosystem - DBIS (Database information system) and the online catalogue. When accessing one of these e-books, you must authenticate yourself using your library card number and password.
  
  In DBIS, the e-book packages with external access are indicated by the icons and (externally accessible with few exceptions). In the online catalogue, external access rights are indicated for the individual e-book: “Full text access for registered users in the library and externally”

Note

• Your browser must accept all cookies in order for you to be able to log on. The cookies that are used are deleted again when the browser is closed.
• Closing all browser windows and tabs automatically logs you out of the e-book.
