External access to databases in DBIS

  • Numerous databases are also externally enabled for registered users via the Datenbank-Infosystem - DBIS (Database information system). When accessing such a database, you must authenticate yourself using your library card number and password.
  • Databases with external access are indicated by means of the icons auch extern and deutschlandweit frei  (with few exceptions).
    An overview of all externally accessible databases can be found in the Sammlung: Externer Zugriff  (Collection: external access).

    • Note

  • Your browser must accept all cookies in order for you to be able to log on. The cookies that are used are deleted again when the browser is closed.
  •  Closing all browser windows and tabs automatically logs you out of the database.
